History:

From the distillates of the juice and honey of the sugar cane, aged in white oak barrels, the AUTHENTIC RUM OF VERACRUZ is created with a refined character, smooth flavor, great body and excellent bouquet, capable of pleasing the most demanding palates. White Rum is stored in European white oak barrels for at least 1 year to acquire the characteristic woody flavor of the rum and then it is filtered to give that clarity and brilliance that characterizes it. Aged Rums are matured for a long time; from 6 years old with the Solera method to 20 years old with the single barrel method. All are aged in old European white oak barrels in the shade, in a humid subtropical climate.

Tasting Notes:

SIGHT : Its colors vary from bright colorless to mahogany with amber flashes and golden sparkles. They are always clean, crystalline, bright, full-bodied and slow draining.

NOSE : Complex aromas where the aroma of the barrel predominates, delicate notes of vanilla, dried fruits, almonds, hazelnuts, a delicate touch of chocolate, coffee and tobacco, garnished with notes of fine caramel.

MOUTH : Congruence between aroma and flavor, balance between acidity and alcohol content, pleasant and refined character on the palate.
